What makes your burgers so special and different from other burger joints around?

All patties are made with grass-fed brisket & chuck with nothing added – no fillers, preservatives, or any other additives. All sourced locally when possible. Prime char-grilled beef patties gently seasoned with our own salts & spice blends, all sourced from Australian-owned organic suppliers. Our chicken is Pasture Raised & chemical-free. Our fries & chicken are always cooked in beef tallow. Our mission is to use only healthier, quality ingredients.

Do you have options for different dietary needs, like vegetarian or gluten-free choices?

As Pop's only uses beef tallow for frying, our vegetarian options are limited but we can offer fresh halloumi instead of beef or chicken on our buns, with the dessert pockets and drinks all being vegetarian friendly. Sorry, at present, the buns are not gluten-free. But we are searching for those without additives and chemicals to expand our menu!

Can I pre-order my meal, or do I just need to rock up to the food truck to get some delicious tucker?

As we grow, Pop's will be able to take orders via pre-order, but for now, Pop's is only able to serve those that rock up or pay a deposit and book ahead for catering and functions. Keep an eye on our social media for updates on pre-ordering capabilities!
