We handcraft all our flavoured salts, sauces, toppings, and even our ice cream right here in The Barossa Valley, with no nasties, just pure quality ingredients. We use only preservative & additive-free grass-fed beef and pasture-raised chicken for our burgers, nestled in quality fresh brioche buns with crisp red onions, fresh salad greens, and premium cheeses. Our crispy chicken burgers and perfect fries are cooked in beef tallow for that authentic flavour. Every meal is cooked fresh to order, ensuring it grills to perfection. We believe in good, honest, nutritious food without compromise, and we promise the wait is always worth it!

Pop, himself a lover of a good burger, grew tired of the additives and chemicals commonly found in food today. He set out to create new, tasty burger creations that were both delicious and wholesome. Now, he shares his vision with every burger enthusiast possible, serving up quality meals from our local Barossa food trailer with a warm smile and the genuine love of cooking.
